Groton, CT USA – 31 July 2012 – Applied Physical Sciences Corporation (APS) has achieved ISO 9001:2008 Certification for Engineering, Research, Development and Manufacturing specializing in advanced sensing and communication systems, vehicle signature control methods, and ocean engineering for the defense and commercial markets.  American Systems Registrar was the auditor and granted the certificate of registration.  American Systems Registrar, LLC, is a provider of third-party system registration and is accredited by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board.

To achieve this organization certification, APS developed a customized Quality Management System (QMS) which is a vital component of our business operations and its underlying principals are an essential part of our corporate culture.
